The new 2017 Mazda 3 Facelift will come with an updated looks, but it won’t feature a major facelift overhaul, as the main reason for a semi-new model is a brand new piece of technology, the new Mazda 3 will pioneer. Although the updated version is currently announced for the Japanese market. Sleek styling, a classy interior and engaging driving dynamics make the Mazda look and feel more expensive than many rivals, but it also features a range of frugal and responsive petrol and diesel engines and strong build quality. We'd happily recommend the 3 to anybody who is looking for a change.

The low-slung seating position gives the car a sporty feel, which is backed up by the large circular speedo set ahead of the driver. A centre console-mounted rotary controlleroperates the infotainment system, and it's straightforward to operate. Sport Nav models also benefit from a head-up display that shows speed and sat-nav directions on the windscreen in front of the driver.
When we set out to redesign the Mazda3 cabin, we did it with the driver in mind – each step of the way. We considered every detail that could make the driving experience better. We reimagined everything from the seats, center console, full-color Active Driving Display, and instrument panel down to the door pockets and handles. The goal was to create a more sophisticated, intuitive interior that revolves around the driver.
